Steak and Frites

We love our beef on the rare side. This was small boneless prime rib that I grilled and cut into two thick slices and served with Homemade Fries and a garlic parmesan aioli.


  1. Your homemade fries are the best-looking fries!! What I wouldn't give for your dinner - yum. :-D

  2. Ann, do you grill the prime rib and then cut it or do you cut then grill?
