The 60 Minute Meal...........

That is what Moe thinks I should call the traditional roast chicken dinner. Actually it takes 70 minutes if you let the bird rest for 20 minutes before slicing. Lots of time to bake a bread dressing, make gravy, mashed the potatoes and cook vegetables.
