I picked up Ken Hom's Cookbook Foolproof Chinese Cooking at the library and found his recipe for Classic Lemon Chicken. I made it last night for dinner. It was different. Not breaded like other lemon chicken recipes I've tried. This one has some heat with the addition of red chili peppers. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
