I had some local peaches that were at the just perfect ripe stage so I decided to make something for breakfast using them.
Found this recipe for a German Pancake on the Hunger, Hunger (A Daily Obsession) blog.
There was enough batter to make one for Moe and a second one that I sent over to our neighbour.

Oh, I would love this. I like German pancakes and one with peaches would be divine!! Will have to make this one soon as I soooo enjoy a lovely breakfast treat.
