Tomato - Broccoli - Cheddar ................
I don't make Quiche often and when I do I don't follow a recipe. I use what I have on hand. Today's quiche was based on tomatoes, chives and fresh basil from our garden, broccoli, and green onions from the Duncan Farmers Market, Canadian 3 year old white cheddar, mozzarella, five farm fresh eggs, 18% cream, salt and pepper. I used my standard pastry crust recipe, using all butter and I blind baked it for about 10 minutes before adding the filling.

  1. That's the prettient quiche I've ever seen. Looks delicious!

  2. It's so colorful! Like fireworks on my plate! He he...

  3. Beautiful. This looks so tasty. The next time I must take something to a gathering, this will be it! Thank you for sharing.

  4. So colorful and it looks perfectly done!

  5. I haven't made quiche in a while and now I want some! I'll have to wait a bit for the weather to cool down to use my oven, but when I do, I think quiche is on order!

  6. Gorgeous Quiche Ann....
    It looks absolutely delicious!
