We had baked halibut for dinner last night. The fish was topped with seasoned bread crumbs.
I sauted a little garlic in butter and drizzled it over the bread crumbs and then added a little fresh dill , lemon zest and some fresh grated parmesan cheese. Baked in a 450°F oven for less than 10 minutes.
Moist and delicious. Served with roasted potato wedges.
