Grilled Ribeye Dinner
Saturday Night's dinner was grilled ribeyes with Moe's favourite - a baked potato - and my favourite - steamed green beans. The only thing that takes time is the potato. Rubbed with butter, salted and baked in a 450°F oven for 25 minutes, poked with a fork, turned once, poked again and baked for another 25 to 30 minutes until tender. Fluffed up with a fork and topped with butter and sour cream and seasoned with fresh cut chives. The ribeyes were rubbed with fresh garlic, salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Simple, easy and delicious.
