Toasted Club House Sandwiches

 
I grilled a couple of extra boneless chicken breasts  when I made dinner last night. Used them today to  make  club house sandwiches for brunch.  Toasted a homemade baguette and topped with the chicken breasts,  bacon, lettuce and tomatoes.

  6. Hello Ann, oh my this looks SO GOOD! The next time I do chicken breasts I'm going to try the rub in the previous recipe and then make these sandwiches...my mouth is already watering! Thank you so much for sharing....and your photographs are beautiful by the way....Maura:)
