Pan Fried Halibut ..................

 
........with a brown butter, dill and chive sauce.

I could eat fresh halibut every day.  There are a number of ways to cook it, but simple is the best. 

Sadly, no vegetable side tonight. 

I was hungry and in a hurry so just rice  drizzled with the same butter sauce.
