This Weeks Bread……….

Now that we are in for cooler weather, it is time to start baking bread again on a regular basis.

Started a double batch late in the afternoon and baked three loaves using just half the dough.

Two plain baguettes  and one large  filled with cheddar and roasted garlic.    The other half will probably get baked on Wednesday.  Or maybe I’ll make a pizza.

The Roasted Garlic and Cheddar loaf ended up being our dinner.  It came out of the oven at 7:00 so I never bothered to make anything else for dinner,

I loved that you and Mo had bread (I assume butter too) for dinner! My husband tells me when I bake, don't make anything else…he doesn't want to feel guilty for eating the whole loaf! Your pictures make me drool…
