Grilled Halibut

We have been eating a lot more fish lately.   Mostly halibut, but I did cook Moe a whole sole last week.   It was the first time I had seen a sole sold whole.  It was easy to cook and fillet and Moe loved it.  Served with a lemon butter sauce.

Thursday night I grilled halibut and served it with roasted potato wedges and sauted tomatoes.


A quick and simple dinner
