Preserved Garlic in Olive Oil

I first saw this preserved garlic on Monique's delightful blog  La Table De Nana.  
For the recipe I followed Monique's link 

I finally got around to making a couple of jars.  
One of our local vegetable stores had half pound packages of peeled garlic cloves on for $1.00.  Hard to beat that price.   

All I had to do was empty the package into the processor and pulse.   

Cheap and easy.  

Following the recipe I added the juice of one small lemon and topped with olive oil. 

Needs to be stored either in the fridge or in the freezer.
