Halibut

We had halibut for dinner Friday night.

The halibut was topped with butter bread crumbs
seasoned with garlic, lemon zest and Parmesan cheese.

The halibut was baked in a 450°F oven for about 12 minutes.
Served with Roasted Potato Wedges



and a Caprese Salad


with Mozarella di Bufala.
