Christmas

 Christmas Eve
Our traditional Christmas Eve Tourtiere

I baked three pies.
One for dinner and two for the freezer.

Christmas Morning - A Spanish Tortilla
Matthew told me that this is  his favourite breakfast.

  1. Being not a big fan of meat pies, or all pies, for that matter, I have to say : Yours looks damn good, Ann ...

  4. Ann, I followed your recipe for tourtiere. One pie served as our "snack" while waiting for a rib roast to cook on Christmas day. Everyone loved it. My meat loving son-in-law was very impressed. I'm going to cut the extra pie in fourths and freeze the sections for future meals. Something wonderful to look forward to.
