Sourdough Pizza Crust

Another batch of Sourdough bread. One round loaf and two pizzas. 

 Pizza #1
Topped with spicy Italian sausage and sauteed mushrooms.

Thin crust, 
maybe an 1/8th of an inch thick but with a puffy rim.

My favourite pizza so far .  Baked using Ken Forkish's method.

Pizza Margherita

We were too full to even think about eating this second pizza.  
It didn't go to waste though, I  shared it with a friend.


  1. Both pizzas look delicious and Bev often does the same two loaves and a pizza

  2. All of your food always looks delish, but anytime you make dough I am in awe.
