I grill all year around, but there is something
about summer grilling.
We have been having wonderful weather
here on the west coast of Canada.
Chicken legs (and one breast)
rubbed with fresh garlic, and seasoned with salt,
pepper, oregano and the juice of a large lemon.
Potato wedges rubbed with garlic, Greek Seasoning
and drizzled with olive oil.
Along with green peppers, hot chili peppers and zucchini.
Everything cooked on the Grill.
