our traditional Christmas Eve Dinner
Filled with a seasoned pork and potato mixture.
This year I made a quick version of
Puff Pastry for the crust.
Moe loves his served with an old fashioned
tomato chile sauce or chutney.
Since I don't make either,
I stopped at the Saturday farmers market
in Duncan and bought a homemade
Mango Tomato Chutney.
I prefer mine with just gravy.
