My mother was from Southern Germany (Bavarian) and I have posted her recipe for &quot;Semmel Knoedel&quot;. In a way, it&#39;s similar to this... a bit. I&#39;ll have to research what region your dumpling adaption comes from. Either way, this looks fabulous.
